Do you offer returns or exchanges?

We do not offer returns or exchanges OUTRIGHT unless the product is in some way faulty, there is photographic evidence, and it is on a case by case basis. If we can prevent shipping things back and forth by meeting up in person at an event, that will definitely help! However, if you do have a problem, please contact us and we will do our best to help you sort it out.

Do you do refunds or exchanges on "On Sale" items?

Anything marked "On Sale" in our store is considered a clearance item which means All Sales are Final! The sale means it is an old style or an older one-of-a-kind item we cannot recreate. Please be sure to order the correct size. We don't want you to receive an item that doesn't fit or that you don't love, so, shop with care!
